TOP Damian Lewis Moments 2018: The Britannia Award

Always the Ham

A significant top moment in 2018 for Damian would be receiving an award for his artistry. I do not shy away in saying he is the most talented actor of our generation and it seems BAFTA LA agreed. Damian received the well-deserved and long overdue BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Award for Excellence in Television on October 26, 2018 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Well, some dreams come true and we have been living the dream since we got word late April that Damian Lewis would play the iconic Hollywood actor Steve McQueen in Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood!

As our long-time readers know, we have been rooting for Damian to play Steve McQueen for more than three years now. JaniaJania wrote this article about why Damian Lewis should play Steve McQueen when we found out back in 2015 that a Steve McQueen biopic was in works. And I vividly remember giving a hard copy of that article to Damian at American Buffalo Stage Door in May 2015 and telling him that we believe he should play Steve McQueen! Thus, we declare this particular moment not only a top Damian Lewis moment but also a top Fan Fun moment. Am I right or am I right? 🙂 Continue reading “TOP Damian Lewis Moments 2018: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”
