Get Damian Lewis on the Radio! ️

Hi Fandom,

Over the years, we have watched Damian Lewis conquer television, film, and theatre. And now there’s another medium to tackle: Radio! Damian’s music deserves to be heard far beyond the fandom bubble so let’s take it to the airwaves!

A lot of people still have no idea about Damian’s music. That is exactly why we at Fan Fun with Damian Lewis are determined to help make his music heard — not just by longtime fans, but by music lovers everywhere.

Because this is not a celebrity vanity project.

This is real music. Thoughtful songwriting. A live band built for the stage. Songs with character, emotion, chaos, vulnerability, rock energy, and stories to tell.

And radio still matters.

One of the best ways fans can help artists break through is simply by requesting songs on the radio. DJs and producers absolutely notice when listeners repeatedly ask for tracks — especially independent and album-driven artists.

So if you would like to help support Damian’s music journey and help new audiences discover Damian’s new singles Sweet Chaos, King and Leech — or songs from his first album Mission Creep such as Down on the Bowery, Makin’ Plans, Zaragoza and She Comes — here are some UK stations, presenters, and request lines where you can ask for his music. And note that some radio stations accept requests via email which means you don’t have to be physically in the UK to make these requests!

Few Tips

Keep requests positive, enthusiastic, and short.

Mention where you are from — presenters love shouting out locations.

Focus on the new singles:

  • Leech
  • King
  • Sweet Chaos

Or request favorites from Mission Creep:

  • Down on the Bowery
  • Makin’ Plans
  • She Comes
  • “Your Favorite” from Mission Creep

Mention if you saw Damian live — radio loves real listener enthusiasm.

Multiple fans requesting songs separately genuinely helps.

Request during live broadcasts, if you can,  for the best chance of being noticed.

If Damian gets played — tell us immediately so we can spread the word!

Most importantly: don’t underestimate fandom. Word of mouth is still one of the most powerful forces in music.

Many people first discovered Damian Lewis the actor because somebody told them to watch Band of Brothers, Homeland, Billions, or Wolf Hall.

Now maybe it’s time to help people discover Damian Lewis the musician too.

Let’s get Damian on the radio. ️❤️

We will continue updating this post over the coming weeks with more radio stations, especially local BBC stations, presenter contact details, request lines, and tips on how to request songs effectively on radio, streaming shows, and social media.

  1. I don’t know of any US radio stations that take requests like this, but I could check it out if you’d be OK with my doing that. I take it the same approach you recommend above would work here? Let me know!

    1. We can always email UK stations with a song request. It doesn’t matter where we are located geographically. I’ve already sent a few emails myself. Hope you do the same!

  2. Che gran lavoro avete fatto! Bravissime! Se ci sono fans italiani, mettiamoci d’accordo su come e a chi scrivere. Io l’ho già fatto con 2 programmi di radio rai. E incrociamo le dita! W Damian Lewis!
